That the inhabitants of Georgetown, in Clear Creek County, and territory of Colorado, be and are hereby constituted a body politic and corporate, by the name and style of Georgetown, and by that name shall have perpetual succession, and sue and be sued, plead and be impleaded in all courts of law and equity, and have and use a common seal, and alter the same at pleasure.
