§ 13.18.010. Tapping fee.

A tapping fee for all connections to the Town's water and sewer systems shall be established and updated from time to time by the Board of Selectmen by resolution or ordinance and included in a published fee schedule. This fee is intended to cover the cost of the Town's inspection of the tap and the customer's installation of the service line, entering the tap location in the Town's records, and other ancillary services needed in connection with a new tap.
