§ 17.24.040. Uses requiring special use review and approval.

  • The following uses are hereby designated as special uses and shall be subject to the applicable requirements of this Chapter:

    (1)

    Any use designated as a special use in the district regulations (Chapter 17.16).

    (2)

    Any change in a nonconforming use, including:

    a.

    An increase in size or expansion of the use within a building or on the same lot; or

    b.

    A change to another nonconforming use.

    (3)

    Any use to be located on a lot or parcel having an average cross-slope in excess of thirty percent (30%).
