§ 5.24.050. Licenses required.

No person shall operate a marijuana establishment within the Town without a valid and appropriate license issued in accordance with this Chapter and the provisions of the Colorado Retail Marijuana Code. This requirement to obtain the appropriate marijuana establishment license is in addition to the requirement to obtain a business license pursuant to Chapter 5.04 of this Title and any other license or permit required by the Town.
