§ 8.04.020. Public nuisance defined.

  • A public nuisance or nuisance is a substance, act, failure to act, occupation, activity, condition or use of property which is of such nature or continues for such length of time as to:

    (1)

    Annoy, injure or endanger the comfort, health, repose or safety of persons;

    (2)

    Render the public insecure in life or in the use of property; or

    (3)

    Interfere with, obstruct or tend to obstruct or render dangerous for passage any public park, street, alley, highway or other public way.
